If it this is a Samurai game and it plays like Tenchu then something is wrong.

I would enjoy some elements of it, but I want a surgical precision style of sword fighting game. Like Virtual Fighter and Dead or alive mixed with Onimusha but without the magic swords. Some gritty too

im definitely not expecting this to be slow paced and quiet like an old samurai movie. it will probably be infamous in japan, and that will be very fun but i still need a bushido blade 3

Im surprised nobody has said it yet....but open world with stealth elements, swords etc.... Sounds like Assassins Creed.

But its samurais not ninjas...so prob not a huge emphasis on stealth. Either way gotta do something gameplay wise that makes them stand out. Cant just be similar to other games in a different setting.
