still get the feeling we gonna be seeing a lot of 4k30 next gen for games that want the all out visuals. Only games that will be 60 on up gonna be the less graphically intense jawns like sports games (madden, 2k), Call of Duty (they always make concessions in other areas to hit close to 60), past gen remakes/remasters, and indie/AA joints.
I said it in another thread, but I think we're maybe one more gen away from graphics settings more in line with PC (less in-depth, but more than "performance mode" or "quality graphics").
I find myself gaming on my 1080p/144hz monitor way more than my 4k60 now. Once you're seeing more than 100, 30 is painful
they need to go ahead and let us do more than the performance mode we get on Pro games
