To get a tip from me in Miami on SoBe you better had done a good azz job cuz they already hiked up the prices and included like high% gratuity in the bill.

Some of the waitresses think they slick. Them Hispanics and Slavic young ladies already racists prejudice so theyll neglect our tables and provide poor service then think they should get a tip.

I rarely if ever tip. Why should I tip you for just bringing the food to my table or seat? You didn't have any part in preparing the food I'm eating shyt if anything it's the cook who should be receiving a tip but that's another story.

Y'all telling ppl not to eat a certain place if they won't tip but that's not how it works I'm pretty sure at end of the day the owners of the business only caring about you paying for the drinks and meal(s) you ordered anything else is just optional.

Servers with big egos hounding customers for tips is bad for business. Owner wind up firing your ass for making customers feel uncomfortable and putting a strain on their sales.

Facts I had to hit one Spanish chic in Miami wit the Mita mita shyt because she was legit ignoring our table not knowing my fam is Cuban… I dead ass said to her in Spanish “
¿Vas a seguir ignorando nuestra mesa y actuar como si no existiéramos o nos vas a dar un buen servicio?”

Yo her face turned red as shyt and she had the nervous smirt and said sorry.. She gave us excellent service after that knowing that she assumed we was just regular black folk not worthy or standard service…

I tip 20% even when the service was not great just because I dont want to make black people look bad. I've been told by several black waiters that black people are terrible tippers especially the women. A black chick told me she dreaded waiting tables with black women because they expect everything but will tip nothing. Also said waiting tables for Jewish women is just as bad.

ive always been told by industry people white folks tip the worst. at day parties and such black folks always tip best.

People just like shytting on black people. We have been the easy scrape goat since they brought our people to this country.

Say anything bad about black people, people will believe it because it’s engraved in their mind that we are less than.

I don’t think people realize this. The owners and society has deemed it acceptable to pay waiters $2-$3 an hour and pass the buck on to the customer

I agree. I hate the tipping culture. I do tip about 20%, but I'd rather a restaurant just increase the menu prices and stop trying to guilt trip due to them fukking over employees. they also tax the damn tips shyt is wack.

The coli hates paying over $15 for a haircut, you really think they'll pay for a higher priced meal?

I keep seeing posts online about how Denmark or Finland has McDonalds workers earning 20+ dollars an our. And their prices are nearly identical to those in America.

I don’t want to completely shift the focus away from cheap ass customers but why do we always ignore the businesses greed making tips necessary?

I’ll never forget this sista taking me out on a date and not tipping. I put some money on the table for tip. This broad lost her mind. That was the last time I talked to her. Some black folk don’t tip. Thry should keep their asses home .
