-fukk all this. My fam went to Applebee's & had horrible service. White people came in after us & got their shyt first. Every order came back slow & she even got one wrong. We had to actually stop her as she walked past our table cause she wouldn't stop to check on us.
-When the bill came my nephew was like "She only getting 10%." I'm like "I ain't giving her shyt."
-No. I'm there for the food. Mediocre ass servers can kick rocks. I ain't gonna tip a delivery driver if he shows up late with the wrong shyt either.
-If they don't provide good service, which is their job, they don't deserve a good tip. How doesn't that make sense.
This.
But the truth is cheap/poor people who may not really want to tip, will find reasons at the end to not tip.
All of a sudden a microscope gets put on the servers service.
"She really didn't come get these emply plates fast enough,Did yall notice that

But my question is why base tips on "good service" which is subjective. But then get mad when people decide your service wasn't all that.
Seems more like people want tips for doing their job. And if that is the case, they should just put the tip in the bill.
Stop hiding behind this weak ass "service" yall giving out, that all of these waiters swear they gave.
I can't remember a time I was ever wowed by a servers "service".
