The problem is, the onus is on the consumer to support the restaurant three times without getting extra benefits.

Paid for the meal. Paid for the service. Leaving the default deficient pay scale intact so employers don't have to come out of pocket.

No one has ever explained why tips are mandatory at the Steakhouse but not at Chic Fil-A.

Just give me a table fee and let me keep it pushing.

I agree. I hate the tipping culture. I do tip about 20%, but I'd rather a restaurant just increase the menu prices and stop trying to guilt trip due to them fukking over employees. they also tax the damn tips shyt is wack.

A black chick told me she dreaded waiting tables with black women because they expect everything but will tip nothing. Also said waiting tables for Jewish women is just as bad.

That’s not 100% true. Some countries I’ve been to relied on foreigners because they were cheap to pay and citizens weren’t clamoring for those jobs.

I'm in no way say all black women or even the majority. But I personally know a few chicks who will run the hell out of the waiter and feel $2 is an adequate tip. I the person who told me this been waiting tables 10+ years.

I hate tipping so I just don't go out. But if I do go out I'm sure to leave a decent tip because I know this is how the person waiting my table makes their money.
