Kept hearing from The Coli that the arena was a ghost town. Those GGG chants sure made it through the TV set.Also the boos every time Canelo was brought up also was pretty clear as well.
I think we already know the story. Canelo-GGG in September, a million plus PPV buys, a $10 million plus payday, but The Coli will tell me GGG should fight Charlo or Jacobs, who will instead continue fighting their own version of C level fighters.

Personally I would prefer BJS, just because I actually think it could be made now and I do believe unifying is really important to GGG.
Realistically I don't think it will be possible because his mandatories will be due and I don't think he will be able to push them off for two fights. If GGG's team may be willing to pay Dereveychenko a stack to hold off his mandatory, if the IBF allowed it, but I think he will be forced to fight Charlo or Dereveychenko right after Canelo.
For the reasons above I prefer BJS, but as an opponent I think Charlo and Dereveychenko are right in line as terms of quality, so I have no complaints if either of those guys got the fight. Would be a great matchup either way.
Edit: And despite the fact I thought GGG beat Jacobs pretty clean in a close fight I would love to see a rematch since I like Jacobs.
Like I said a while a couple days ago, 160 has a lot of talent right now, unfortunately in regards to a GGG opponent only one man can get the fight, so as long as GGG is pulling from the Canelo, Jacobs, BJS, Charlo, Dereveychenko, and Andrade pool people shouldn't have any complaints.
Also sounds like his promoter is really interested in Murata. They have been mentioning fighting him in Japan for a year or so. I don't know enough about him as a fighter to vouch for that fight. Just that Loeffler likes that fight.

It's cool. It's about time GGG had some good competition...he has a chin so I'm not worried about his age like everyone else. He doesnt seem to be in a rush to retire..so his undefeated record is about to get tested this year and next year.

I didn't take it that way, I took it as a challenge to any other fighter. Throughout his career GGG has never really called out a fighter, he only started calling Canelo after the media started pushing the fight. But he has let Abel and Loeffler call out other fighters.
I took it as typical GGG, he doesn't call anyone out, but if you are willing to be reasonable in negotiations he will make a fight with anyone at 160.
They say Derevyachenko is due within 3 months, I wouldn't be surprised to see his team pay him a big step aside fee to let the Canelo fight happen. But after that GGG will have to be active because Derevyachenko will be due and so will Charlo, hence why I don't think a BJS fight gets made despite the fact that BJS is at his most likely to make it.
