I'm so confused right now brehs...
Why the fukk is a strap holder in the hottest most competitive division in boxing moving up 13 pounds to fight the biggest hype job in boxing? :dahell:

Whats the logic behind this from Brook camp? If he was moving up to fight somebody that actually does PPV numbers then I kind of get it because he would get paid well...but 97g is barely boxing after dark status...

So much for all the dumb nikkas who here who claimed brook was hiding out in Europe.
It's chess not checkers ya dumb muthafukkers.
Why make a million fighting a PBC hype job when you can chase history and make quadruple that fighting the most feared man in boxing. Even if you lose your rep goes up and you can demand more when you do fight Guerrero or whatever PBC jobber y'all dumb nikkas think equals a name.
Nothing but respect for Brook for this :salute:

As far as G thang :sas2:
Canelo ducked , Eubank bullshytted, Lara called him out....but Lara doesn't have a fanbase. :manny:
Fight a Brit in Britain get them numbers and y'all can't call him 97G anymore :umad:
So many nikkas on here gon be mad if this ends up being a classic fight:banderas:

Brook offered the GGG before the Canelo thing was even talked about and GGG turned him down lmao, its not like this fight just materialized out of thin air, brook has been trying to fight GGG, and he will probably win.
Wait what, are you predicting a Brook win? :scust:
this flabby fukk is the biggest 97g stan of them all :russell:
I am not going to deny he is a stan...but that is dismissing the point which is Brook agreed to the same terms that BJS and Eubanks would have gotten, and Brooks is the bigger name.
So why are BJS and Eubanks not taking the fight? :usure:

Brook with do decent numbers for fukkery sake but hopefully it's worth it because he could get a career ending beat down here and even if he doesn't is he going to go back to 147? go to 154? We already know historically what has happened to nikkas who put on muscle n then go back down a weight class. :francis:

This nikka is letting his Khan obsession ruin him. Khan got 13 milli for his beatdown that's retirement money...Brook is getting what a few milli :francis:

I don't know who's going to win, but I would favor Brook slightly.

Brook is the best opponent GGG has faced, he's not a small welterweight, and he was more than likely moving up to 154 anyway, but he has the frame for 160.
I think he will be able to minimize GGG's big shots. People overrate GGG a lot, it's a reason why he turned the fight down at first, but now he has no more options lmao.

So I wouldn't be surprised he won, doesn't mean he's going to win, but it's a fight he can win.

Same as Canelo-Khan. It isn't a win that means anything for Canelo-GGG. What it does provide is entertainment. Both fights brought brand names and exciting styles. We knew Khan wasn't going to run from Canelo, which is why we thought he would get waxed. I don't expect Brook to run or dance either. Not that fighting a lower weight class fighter is "better", just that at least it is interesting.

It is what it is. Personally Eubanks would have been a better fight for the resume, but is fighting a no name bum at 160 (assuming Eubanks wasn't getting made) better or worse than Brook, who is a name (especially in the UK, where this fight will be crazy) and could be better for his publicity.

Same as Canelo. At this point it is what it is. Canelo and GGG shouldn't fight Khan-Brook, but if you are taking a crap fight, at least both are interesting from a marketing standpoint.

@LauderdaleBoss is 100% correct. #GGGoodBoys don't get to take any credit for the victory, but we can enjoy the attention it gets as the casuals eat it up.

Hmm strangly positive aspect but for the life of me I don't recall these same feelings for the Khan fight. :patrice:

Maybe it's just me and my old age :sas2:

Love
This makes the road a little less bumpy for Errol Spence

Interesting . . I like this match-up better than anything involving Khan

For whatever reason, Kell Brook has always "liked" this fight, which means he does see something in GGG he feels he can exploit. However, this is just not a good career move. Even if you like a fight, you have to be self aware and realize there are weight classes for a reason.

I will definitely watch the fight. I usually skip Kell Brook fights just due to the type of opponents he usually faces.
