Seems like from everything I have found GGG agreed, Hearn basically had the fight negotiated and Eubank's team (him and his Dad) kept trying to negotiate more in UK TV revenue causing negotiations to drag out and losing out on the fight.

The contracts Eubank never saw, where the contracts his team kept changing. Everyone else was on board.

Loeffler is saying that Brook took the EXACT same deal their side had negotiated for the Eubank fight.
