The same way Khan had the boxing ability to win a boxing match against Canelo
However, the physical differences I think will be too much to compensate for. Hell, Brook and Khan have the talent to be champions at 160, but they both decided to take on the baddest MF's they could find. Fight 2 weight classes above your own for the 1st time against p4p level guys is never advisable. It's a brave move, but one that cost Khan and conceivably Brook as well...

I don't know man that fight was named upset of the decade at the time. And the results are still debated until this day. Even then......... this is Sugar Ray Leonard here though who even went on to win a lightheavy weight title knocking out lalonde, he was something else. Not saying Kell Brook ain't good but this may be a step too far for him.
Money and not losing integrity if loses like what khan did..
