I'm a Young angel fan tho. So fandom played apart in that even tho I did think we were better.
This is different. Everything yall accuse Lil G of being applies to Canelo as well. They're the same fighter. The only thing we have yet to figure out is, who's stronger.

I would rather be brook due to his name being hot right now. He showed to the public that lil g ain't unbeatable and has a weakness..khan showed us something we already knew athletic movers give canelo major problems that's why I don't think canelo El ever fight Lara again or Andrade or j rock

They are nothing alike at all. Lil g specializes in cutting off the ring he actually might be the best in the world at that. But he has no defense at all and gets hit clearly A LOT..Canelo on the other hand is a stalking counter puncher. He very rarely takes major punishment up to due to his head movement and his rolling with punches. A slow predictable fighter with no head movement. This gone be danny vs lucas part2. The only hope lil g I'd canelo gasding. But at 160 I think canelo wont have the problem.
Breh ur going to be devastated when they fight.

By the time Brook can fight again, the boxing landscape might be different. What's the point of being hot, when you can't fight again soon enough to capitalize on it.
Brook ain't expose shyt. He reminded everybody that welters are naturally faster than middleweights and he rocked GGG a couple times.
I don't know about anybody else, but to me you have to win at least 4 rounds in order for me to say you got a blueprint or exposing a nikka.
For example, even tho Oscar lost against Trinidad, he won enough rounds for cats to say he exposed/created a blueprint.
How you exposing a nikka, when you couldn't make it half way through the fight.
I just don't see Canelo escaping the jab, he can try and counter but once he gets touched by ggg he's going to get gun shy and start moving too much... Canelo thinks he's better than he actually is, he really thinks he's a really good boxer, he looks like he wants to be Floyd... With ggg he's basically a search and destroy guy, he will be too much for Canelo. The strategy to wait until he gets older I don't think will work, he stays in good shape in between fights and stays active.

hands down, no debating2. Lil g wasn't exposed (I hate that word) but u gotta look at what Kell was doing to have success. He was using angles and countering lil g jab at times the same way Rosa do slipped his jab and used his counter uppercut.
3. Thats important because those are things canelo can do at a high level. Canelo struggles with fast feet if you not a fighter with fast feet canelo is probably gonna beat u. Add in that lil g is predicteable as fukk.
i'm really interested in how brook is going to be built back up going forward after that injury..he will def need a couple of soft touches in 2017..before getting back in the mix

Theres the disconnect canelo is one of the best boxers in the world. He clearly outboxed Lara who is top 15 p4p imo. Maybe I'm overating the boxing ability of canelo but I think from a talent standpoint he's the best boxer in the world outside of loma and dre
The most overblown thing in boxing right now has to be the hyping of Canelo's head movement. We see a few gifs of him ducking a punch from Young Angel and all of a sudden he's a defensive guru. Outside of the Young angel fight, when else has he shown that he's great defensively?
