son, floyd fought marquez (who came 2 weight classes up) after a 18 months off and when marquez was ranked #2 pound for pound.

not to mention marquez had gone life and death with the fighter who was number 1 in floyd's absence. the whole lead up to the fight was " floyd is picking on marquez" and "this fight isn't fair" lol

then he won, "marquez was washed up" yet that same marquez managed to knock pacquaio the fukk out three years later at the same weight:mjlol:

ggg vs brooks happens and its "brooks is daring to be great":mjlol:

and "ggg has no other opponents, in 160 or `154, they all scared, he had to fight a smaller guy:francis:"

i even posted earlier today how fat dan wrote a article saying "GGG dominated brooks for 5 rounds" what in the fukk:francis:

boxing media can be very evil

double standards like a mutherfukker

If GGG started at welterweight and moved up to 160 over years, that would be a legit comaprison lmao

Marquez and Floyd are the same damn size, Floyd fought in the weight class Marquez moved up from lmao

Marquez moved up to weltweight just like Floyd did lmao, it wasn't a mismatch lmao

I knew Cuadras would give Roman some problems, but he fukked himself by running too much in the 1st half of the fight. nikka was playing Lara's greatest hits for like the 1st 4-5 rounds. Once he settled down and found his swag he was looking good. The thing is, Roman was giving him that consistent work throughout the fight. I think Roman snagged 7 rounds, maybe 8 at the most. He had to work for them though cuz they were competitive and some were close.

Good fight, but he might wanna hold off on fighting #MonsterSquad next. :demonic:

Kamegai looked like he went back to Japan after the first fight, watched a bunch of Emmanuel Augustus fights, leveled up and beat Karass's ass in the rematch.. Best Ive ever seen him look. Good performance. Glad he finally won one over here. :obama:
Had to throw Roman g in the bushes

There's level to this shyt in discussing Boxing....& picking just a good Welterweight (who's best win is a close W over Shawn Porter) to move up 2 divisions and defeat an undefeated Middleweight Champion, who's stopped every single Middleweight opponent he's faced over the last 8 years, really let's me know who knows what they're talking about & who doesn't:russ:

And that's for everyone who picked Kell Brook, or thought he had even a SLIGHT chance, except @ChocolateGiddyUp because he's a fan of Brook's...so I expect him to ride with his boy as I would've.:ehh:

The rest of you nikkas played yourself:forreal:

ggg might kill him in the ring :heh: you exaggerate too much. HBO seen Manny on the decline, and have given us ggg. Difference is Manny fought anyone (except for Floyd for 5 years, but they did fight), including legends in hard fights. Golovkin's punches, stamina, defense....all over the place. That stalking pressure pressure doesn't cut it against Canelo, in fact it gets ggg in hella trouble. Brook took 2 rds, one of them after his eye got popped. Put Canelo in there and ggg's stalking gets him a L possibly by TKO. Hype machine a year away from ending.

Gonzalez got a beating too.

Notice ggg fights differently when he doesn't respect an opponents power (brook, wade, etc) versus how he fights when he's in there with an actual puncher (Lemieux)

Ppl are giving brook too much credit

Nah you can't accomplish what Roman did in his career and be a hypejob breh.

I told you he had his hands full going into the Cuadras fight and it showed. He won a close fight against a real good champion that was naturally bigger.

Your lack of stan loyalty is disgusting though. :scust:

How, I already said the only fighters I'm reprint to the end are those I can identify with I don't care about a Latino from nigurcua. I don't even like Hispanics the only fighters I would never drop are dre, ab, danny, lubin, and Easter. Everyone else is a team member becuase they win.
