I went to that part and they were basically what I like to call "indirect c00ning". They're not making a outward statement like Larry Elder's "Slaveowners are owed reparations" it's subversive...they were basically saying that Tariq cannot be pro-Black because he has nice things thus creating a loop where in order for Black people to be down, they have to be impoverished.

  • A direct c00n like Larry Elder makes a transaction "I will help denigrate and impoverish Black people to earn butter biscuits from White people".
  • An indirect c00n places lower value on blackness and thus propagates the negative mind states across the community WHILE not holding non-Blacks to the same standard because they internalize White as being of abundance. e.g. Tariq being rich and starting a fundraiser is bad but a White man doing the same thing is ignored or explained away as something different. Another example is being able to act with dignity, grace and respect the price in a White establishment but end up twerking, cursing, and haggling in a Black one.
I'm glad I cut that show off. The absence of Brandyn and Charlie is truly felt.

Yeah I agree. The vibe of that entire segment was off, I still rock with Kraig but I'm prolly going to fall back even further from this show. Kraig tried to smooth it over in end by saying as a man with a voice he has a right to question, but nah that shyt corny and came off like hate.

It's sad the way this show has fell off so fast. :francis:

Yeah he says he is being the Devil's Advocate but never frames it up as such until he is criticized. Usually when you play the Devil's Advocate you would say something like: "Well other people would think X because of Y, what would you say to them?" That way you know he is injecting another viewpoint into the discussion that's not his. He argues in the first person and then cops out with that devil's advocate bullshyt.

I haven't made it that far. Turned it off after the random 60 told his robbery story. Dwann was too fukking annoying and I needed to take a break.

However Kraig was defensive as fukk in the comments on people calling him a pocket watcher over Tariq. I'm going to finish it 2day

Sep. 16th episode... Duncan showing out for the female guest, as usual. The guest was feeling Big Nasty and Dunc tried to shyt on him being personal/emotional. Never fails with that nikka.
