Why wouldn't you try and wrestle someone to the ground, especially if your bigger and stronger.
If you have hands and can wrestle 
If ole boy was a decent wrestler he would have known how to establish his base while in bjj guard and pivot his weight on top of him.
How did he goad him into a fight?
By engaging in physical threats with the guy. If he didn't want to fight he wouldn't have.
The other guy was more in the wrong for actually swinging but the white guy was stirring the pot for a reaction as well by going back and forth.

THe black dude fukked the white boy up yaw saw a different video. The "MMA" trained fighter was desperately grabbing for anything like a beginner. The black guy broke out of every hold so the white guy desperately goes for the leg like a p*ssy.

It was clearly evident the white guy couldn't get him right cause interference....I think he expected them to break it up completely as well, but the black fella turned right back around and went back to fighting. No interference, dude would've been slept.When the Black guy stood back up and the white was holding on to him, the white guy went to the ground and his head hit the ground in an awkward way, I'm not saying the Black guy knowingly did that, if the Black guy was paying attention he could've messed up the white dudes neck by simply falling forward on top of dude. The white dude didn't get the better of him because he didn't even choke him out.
