I already stated why. If you're a scumbag criminal who wants to fight dogs or protect a drug stash, or just wants a cool, dangerous-looking dog but don't want to be a responsible owner are you going to breed and own pits or pomeranians? It's pretty obvious.

Pit bull attacks and their vicious reputation came up in the 80's when they were bred indiscriminately in highly-populated urban areas.

Why don't you do this for me since you want to look up statistics? Look up dog fatality statistics by dog breed before 1980. Tell me what you come up with, and why you think that is.

Stop it. I have a pit and he's one of the friendliest dogs in the world. Yes he's very protective, but he isn't a threat to anyone. If I trained the nikka to kill...then he would kill...but that would be my fault...not his.
