Feel like everyone already knew this...

The real issue is the police no-go zones (like in Sweden) where crime isn't even counted and laws aren't enforced.

NYC migrants came their voluntarily. A large portion of the current middle eastern migrants in the EU are largely there involuntarily and the expection of them willfully assimilating and being “good” citizens is wishful thinking.

Hold up. Please educate me as I thought many Syrian refugees picked Germany, or were they bussed there.

And yes, NYC this Capital of the World better than any Euro city. I did not mistype

The researchers say the findings are not surprising because many migrants who arrived in Germany in recent years are single males aged 14-30.

This group is most likely to commit crime, irrespective of nationality.

So basically the issue isn't so much that they are migrants, but that they are young males ages 14-30. Maybe we should conclude that the issue is toxic masculinity? :troll:

It also said that migrants with little hope of being giving asylum in Germany were much more likely to commit violent crime than those from war zones like Syria whose asylum was guaranteed.

"Anyone who as a war refugee regards their chances of staying in Germany as good, will endeavour not to jeopardise those prospects by criminal offences," the authors of the study said, quoted by Die Welt newspaper.

Reuters news agency quoted criminology expert and study author Christian Pfeiffer as saying: "The situation is completely different for those who find out as soon as they arrive that they are totally undesirable here. No chance of working, of staying here."

So basically those who have positive perspectives of being integrated in Germany are less likely to commit crime. Who would've thought telling people they aren't welcome, have no opportunities, and stick them in the margins of society with no foreseeable resources would lead them to resort to crime? :jbhmm:
