That's so psychotic. Land mines have ZERO discernment about who they kill. It's impossible to target combatants only with them. You get people fleeing combat, you get medial personnel, you get kids 5 and 10 and 20 years later. They should be banned forever and nearly every modern nation outside the USA has accepted this a long time ago.
