President Trump reportedly halted plans to ban some flavors of e-cigarettes due to fears of job losses. Trump, who had previously supported the ban on the urging of first lady Melania Trump and his daughter, White House adviser Ivanka Trump, refused to sign a decision memo earlier this month, thereby halting the administration's plans to go forward with the ban.
