Wild that we’ve let Congress use their positions to enrich themselves for this long. A perfect example of how public support is pretty much meaningless as far as what comes to a vote on the floor. They 1) assumed white women were going to vote in their interest (enter trad wife response) 2) their losses with men would be outweighed by #1
Michelle Obama tried to thread the needle the last few days before by saying if you are a man you’ll protect the women in your life by voting against Trump but they should have been talking like that and stroking the fragile male ego for months before then. These young men are gone now.

Algorithms just tapping into whatever was already there.. this been brewing for a while. Throw in online dating apps, cost of living, single women’s income has exceeded single men’s income for the first time in history. I cannot think of a more perfect storm for this outcome. As the grip tightened liberals starting turning on themselves and punished each other for perceived lack of wokeness, inherently pushing the maligned parties towards the right. I saw endless posts on Reddit and social media by liberal women saying they were going to go on “p*ssy” strikes to punish conservatives, despite the fact that most folks date within their own political sphere which again—hurts and further alienates liberal men. I’ve gotten older but I have 100% been pushed to the center to varying degrees because of some of this nonsense. God, just a few years ago I recall arguing online with people who claimed that Albert Einstein hated women and was an abuser AND that his first wife was the ghostwriter of all of his theories. I was told that I was an incel for correcting their misperceptions. The pendulum always swings back but I hope it doesn’t go too far.

I've seen twitter on i don't use tiktok, but israel genocide is super popular amongst kids on the tiktok Algorithms. Dems was warner about this in early 2024 which is why they started pushing to ban tiktok to defend Israel ( another bad decision )
