I think you can easily begin the argument by pointing out they’re defying the Supreme Court.

And then point to not being able to get the person back.

If they’re dead then go people are dying due to their defiance of laws and the constitution.

Then you have your due process argument.

But this one case will never be enough to say we shouldn’t enforce our borders or even try and pain the person as some type of sympathetic figure in general.
