We weren’t in a war with Hamas so what exactly is the legal authority?
What I'm looking for is a government that acts in the best interest of the people and doesn't use manufactured "rules" and appeals to decorum as an excuse for their inaction, sitting around like a neutered puppy while right-wing forces continue to act with impunity. So what you’re looking for is a benevolent left wing Trump or dictator?
Democrats still behaving like politics is bipartisan after 2008 is nutsWhat I'm looking for is a government that acts in the best interest of the people and doesn't use manufactured "rules" and appeals to decorum as an excuse for their inaction, sitting around like a neutered puppy while right-wing forces continue to act with impunity.

Literally. People talk about the first amendment when they get posts removed on twitterFreedom of Speech cooked I see
Democrats believe hypocrisy is a silver bullet. It's always the main line of attack they use against Republicans and no one except MSNBC viewers gives a shyt.See this highlights what can only be considered naivety at this point on the part of Democrats; Republicans don't care about what he used to believe, only in what he believes now. Trump was considered a limousine liberal at one point. Vice President JD Vance was a Never Trumper. None of that matters now. As long as RFK can tow the Reich agenda these sort of "gotchas" will fall on deaf ears.
For all that talk about existential threats and the end of democracy, they all showed their ass and bent the knee when Trump won again.Democrats still behaving like politics is bipartisan after 2008 is nuts
This is a flawed argument that ignores how this is only about punishing political dissent. Student visas don't ban political activism, and free speech protections apply to everyone in the US, not just citizens. If this were really about visas, the same logic would apply to any foreign student protesting anything, but we all know this is just selective, politically motivated enforcement handed down by the Israel lobby. People should try to justify this or shrug their shoulders over it.I'd imagine most countries would deport you if they graciously let you in on a student visa and instead of being you know, a STUDENT, you decided to spend your time inserting yourself into their politics and protesting their governments.
there isn't one. they can be sent away if they participate in violent, illegal activites. We weren’t in a war with Hamas so what exactly is the legal authority?
You need to ask yourself why throughout human history a benevolent dictator rarely if ever works out. What I'm looking for is a government that acts in the best interest of the people and doesn't use manufactured "rules" and appeals to decorum as an excuse for their inaction, sitting around like a neutered puppy while right-wing forces continue to act with impunity.

I think we are moving to an era when trumps admin will argue that the Constitution doesnt apply to nonnationals. This is a flawed argument that ignores how this is only about punishing political dissent.
