You don't have to hope for that. All that you have to do is wait about a year and people will realize that hate is not a governing philosophy that will grow or sustain the economy. The first thing that will probably occur is that consumer confidence will take a big dive, because people will stop spending due to them being insecure about their employment situation. New housing starts and new car purchases are the indicators that I am looking at. If those drop then I am looking for layoffs, because production will be down. Things will just spiral out of control from there just like in the second term under Bush II.Most you can hope for is another COVID
That was happening in Trump's first term before Covid occurred. Before then most economic indicators under Trump were down and then the fool tried to fire the Federal Reserve head Jerome Powell which caused a big down turn in the markets. This is going to be a tough 4 years. I hope that people are focusing on paying off existing debt rather than incurring new debt, because the employment picture might get brutal.
