So, a hard copy is digitized by your fax machine then converted to analog phone signal, to be converted back to digital by your provider's VoIP line. That's so meta and wrong at the same time.

Faxes *used to be* an awesome way to annoy politicians into listening to us. However, in this modern age, they all just get converted to PDFs and filed into the same overstuffed email folder as the rest of our complaints. Also remember that nothing is "free." What is faxzero getting out of this?
