General HL grievances

Another sad aspect of the forum is that there are people who troll and then complain about trolls. There are people who try to act like its fun and games but are actually posting from an emotional place in their mind so when the roles are reversed and someone is saying something they dont like and its about them, they lash out in demonically emotional manners. Its so demonic, friends.

and how else is it gonna change? i'm not even talking about banning just actually modding with a goal in mind maybe? Right now this is a troll haven disguised as a place of thought exchange. That can change . There are other people who read HL, I see them reading but not posting. How might that change if this place were NOT what it is but what it could be.

Yea, ever since atheists started getting called out along with the gay community KTL has needed a lot of change and cleaning up since the typical religion/god bashing threads are getting pushed to the side in exchange for it going, the other way. Demons waving the white flag to silence opposition.

1. I've admitted others are right quite a few times, but the fact that most posters here would rather filibuster than consider someone else's opinion is a problem.

2. In real life I'm an independent who is on the conservative side of some issues and liberal on others. In HL I often get treated like a Nazi troll.

3. 5 or 6 pages into this thread I when mowgli made an appearance. Its frustrating when he derails threads, but as far as trolls go the dudes got it down to a science ...I can respect that

4. I don't think its bad that this subforum is slower than the others. Ideally, a more educated "mature" discussion takes more time to think out and develop. Part of the problem now is everyone is always trying to get the next platinum thread, or the most daps off some bullshyt. Its like the 24-hour news syndrome. There ain't constantly new shyt to jaw about....and thats not a bad thing.

This whole KTL reboot is to silence opposition to demons, i promise you. Its a coverup where demonic posters compromise with mods to fall back as long as they dont have to hear criticism about their satanic ways of life as it concerns atheism, homosexuality and transexualities. I did the knowledge but hopefully, God willing, im wrong. I stand by what i wrote though. Im feeling strident right now. The vigor is flowing.

Anyway, there does seem to be a bit more trolling than I'd prefer but I have no real problem with the way HL is moderated. If they started banning people then they'd just get complaints about being too strict. Nobody can please everybody.

One thing that might help is having a rule about staying on topic. People will always disagree about stuff, and sometimes rudely, but if we're in a thread about Foreign policy or something, and somebody randomly comes in talking about something completely unrelated to the thread (ie. religion, homosexuals, etc.), that's a pretty clear indication of trolling. If people are gonna be abrasive, fine, but let's at least stay on-topic.

As far as complaints, it's in the nature of this type of board.

Things like politics and religion are sensitive subjects and it's pretty easy to offend people intentionally or otherwise. I doubt too much can be done about that.
