I asked her what do you do, work or school?

She's like: I'm tryna be Tik Tok famous :queen:

Will Gen Z turn out to be the WOAT generation? :picard:

I hope that you had enough sense to throw her ass right into The Bushes.
:mjtf:

If my children ever told me some shyt like that, I’d have to sit down and evaluate where I messed up as a father.

OP, oddly enough you making this thread is no better than her saying what she said

newsflash: young adults wanna be famous through whatever avenue they want. The fact that you're saying Gen Zers are dumb is a very "kids these days" statement that makes you no less vapid and shortsighted than she seemingly is according to your standards

and this is coming from a Gen Zer that cringes at TikTok and kinda misses the late 2000s and early 2010s when I was younger,

because newsflash:

everything was better when WE were younger, and everything the kids YOUNGER THAN US SEEMS stupid
you talked to one idiot and tried to say a million other people will do the same thing lmao

im 22 and that is not a life goal at all for me or most of my peers. im sure some dumbass 22 year old in the 80s was like "i wanna be famous on mtv!" or some shyt. young people are stupid, have always been stupid, and will always be stupid
quoted for common sense and basic understanding of historical recurrence

Gen Zer checking in and I can confirm what @thekingsmen posted is true. People in my gen record everything as if there day to day moments are special/unique enough to be captured for their followers (fans). Subconsciously they all think they're special, not different in terms of varying views/experiences but special/unique.

I always joke when I'm at a gig when someone my age to millennial age tries to tell the POC how to run things
"Oh he/she thought they were somebody"

Older folk always get it/laugh, but women my age go

"She is somebody, what do you mean?"

Shoulda been born in 78 instead of 98, it is what it is :mjcry:
I’m born in 2000 and might as well be a baby boomer. I don’t even have tik tok and don’t keep up with this new shyt:yeshrug:imma zoomer:wow:
