It's because of they type of nikka he is. All it takes one is one wake up call to turn a nikka like Ra Diggs into a Malcolm X. Just like in the plantation days, they killed off all the slaves who could read. Any smart black criminal is getting football numbers, because these are the only types that can cause change in the hood from within.
