Gaming console gaming fans are mistreated and taken advantage of

If this era of gaming consoles taught us anything, it is the simple fact that Sony and Microsoft could care less about their fans.

For starters, Microsoft and Sony released outdated consoles to the consumers and marketed them as next gen products while failing to achieve next gen capabilties. Microsoft turned their back on gamers with a TV cable inspired Gaming console no one asked for and the sneaky push of DRM content.

Sony disregards their network infrastructure while continue to charge for services that should be free. The sudden push of remasterd content and VR.

Digital games are still 60 bucks compared to the physical copies.

Then we have the release of a PS4K and possible Xbox One within 3 years.

1. As far as price, people aren't going to pay a premium for a console (PS3) and shareholders don't want to take huge losses up front anymore. So they really aren't going to go all out making the console as up to date spec wise as they were previously.

2. Xbox Live should have been free too, but no one said shyt. Of course everyone else was gonna follow suit. Can't blame Sony when no one complained once the pandora's box was opened.

3. Digital Games are going to be the same as physical since you can't piss off the brick and mortar stores who sell your consoles.

4. Hard drives are easily upgradeable and 500Gb isn't horrible. Def should have been 1 TB though.

5. People buy new phones every year or minimum every other year. The game has changed so it is what is bruh.

But releasing a 4K gaming console which will be over 400 dollars probably 500 because of the 4K drives is ok?

People dont buy new phones every year 80 percent finance. Gaming is an investment to the user. I dont want to spend 500 dollars every three years to play Uncharted 4. 5 6 7 for minimal graphic enchancments.

PC should be the model of console gaming because it is getting to the point that the cost long term is not worth it. I could of bought me a fukking titan GPU which will last ten years than a damn PS4 and Xbox

There is no reason why games cant reach 60FPS after 15 plus years in the gaming industry. (Micro/Sony)

That's not gonna be a 4K console. Hell a $600 graphics card on the PC can't run 4K games all that well. We're a console generation away from 4K gaming on home consoles.

That's not gonna be a 4K console. Hell a $600 graphics card on the PC can't run 4K games all that well. We're a console generation away from 4K gaming on home consoles.

Shhhh dont tell the consumers that they think it is. My graphics card I paid 297 for it on sale a R9 290x and i play GTA V on 4K getting about 35 FPS but then again Sony wont even have a GPU as powerful as that card.

This dudes are still paying 60 for a brand new game. Overwatch was the first PC game where I paid full price.
