But all games have the sticky plastic seal on the right hand side, after the initial plastic wrap. If this is gone, that's a dead giveaway if it's been re-shrinkwrapped or not, as those things aren't easy to put back on without it looking completely botched.

It's probably some sort of consumer fraud violation, but identifying a class might be difficult and providing proof of it on a large-scale.

I can't say for certain...it's way too early for me to be making matter of fact legal statements. I haven't even passed the bar yet. But I could see it being solidified as a class, but the relief sought would be tricky. Probably would result in store credit or something.

I work there and yup we are told to open 1 copy of each game and put it on display. So if your buying something new and unsealed its suppose to be the last copy. shyt is stupid because we aren't allowed to give discounts on stuff like that unless the dm says go ahead. If nikkas in that store are opening new games and playing them then that's a shytty gamestop. nikkas do that in nyc and whole teams get replaced. Honestly just go to best buy if that's happening at the gs near you becauseI I doubt that policy is changing anytime soon.
