Incorrect, "flop" means to fail completely. Under performed, "didn't meet expectations" is
far from being a complete failure which is what multiple dictionaries online show the definition to be.
Also, I provided context around that "failed to meet expectations" phrase they throw around a lot which is why I said it's not a "complete failure." H

Concord is a "flop", that's a complete failure. Saying Rebirth or XVI is a "complete failure" or "flop" is absolute insanity. Flop does not mean "failed to meet expectations' no matter how hard you want it to be. There's so much misinformation/misleading context around discussion of this.
Until we know the
exact cost of development and how much units it sold and the revenue generated, we cannot confidently state it "flopped".
