Golgo 13 almost made me quit videogames as a child.

If I didn't have other shyt to play at the time I would've stopped right there.

Hands down the most frustrating game I've ever played.

Hardest would be dr jeykl & Mr Hyde for the nes

Golgo 13. That's another f*cked up game my cousin had. The sequel to that was even worst. The graphics were on point but the gameplay.....f*ck. Without a map that sh1t was damn near impossible.

On a side note, anybody else remember Contra and Double Dragon on NES being $59.99 at Toys R Us? :wtf::what::sadbron::snoop:

Looking back, I seriously wonder what type of people were designing those NES/SNES/SEGA games?

I couldnt beat it for nothing or even come close to getting anywhere far. I thought it was because I was just a kid, so last year I put the game back in....and I got stuck at the same parts :to:

Took me YEARS to find those bears and when I finally got to the last boss I didn't die once. Loved the game though.

Just like Maximum Carnage and just as hard :wow:

Sonic was my favorite game on genesis but the Game Gear one was a lot harder.

Never figured out how to beat the boss.

Maybe I was young but the last stages in this were tough
EDIT: I remember beating this now, bosses were easy.

And can't forget TNMT on NES. Could never get past the water level, I once got 7 of 8 and couldn't find the last bomb, by the time I got close enough time ran out, I never played it again until years later on an emulator. And on an emulator I wondered how hell I was able to even get so far as a 7 year old.

This game was also frustrating i never found that last bomb, I gave that shyt away, when the arcade version or part 2 came out.

Did anybody ever pass that water level?
