Games that were just so hard you said "fuk it" and just quit

Traded Image Fight for this (bad trade lookin back at it) and forced myself to beat it despite looking, sounding, and playing nothing like the first Zelda game. Got to the last level (I think) and couldn't bring myself to continue. The random battles and shyt was so damn tedious.

Lion king was one for sure.

CHildren of the Atom was easy as hell once you beat Juggernaut the hard part was over...that Magneto Stage was the shyt though...the music, the stage, Magneto hittin you with the magnetic shockwave..."the human era is over, the mutant era has come" :lolbron

Nah arcade COTA that muhfugga was the hardest nikka ever, dude would hide in that fukkin force field then fly up and throw them pink waves and there was just nothing you could do

I've only been able to beat him by using Wolverine and spamming drill claw/Cyclops gene splice, you ain't gonna win fighting him straight up

Not necessarily super hard, but I never could beat it.

Sad thing about these games is that most were fun AND challenging until you got to a point where the difficulty got ridiculous.

chakan was impossible to this day i have no idea what i was supposed to be doing in that game and i played it for months on the game gear im pretty sure i NEVER got past the first level i would just wander around doing autistic shyt

Was I the only person the beat Chakan lol it didn't seem that hard, maybe because I put in an infinite lives code and walkthrough that had in the back of EGM magazines I had but it didn't seem that hard.
