agreed,

:aicmon: @ anyone thinking Arkham City was hard, challenging? YES, but impossible to beat?.....

No.............

:comeon:
:what: Arkham City has unlimited continues, when you die you literally start right where you left off and just try again until you get it right

Ninja Gaiden III on NES gave you five continues for the whole fukkin thing and when you die you go to the beginning no password no save no nothing, that game is so hard you should be able to put it on your actual work resume if you beat it legit

Hated the RC helicopter mission on Vice City, quit trying after like 10 times of the helicopter blowing up.(it sways in the air while trying to control it) I understand variety in video games but did they really have to put that junk into the game? I was enjoying it up until that point too.

ghostbusters on gameboy only 4 lives to start with and maybe you could pick up 3 or less on the way. for the life of me i dont understand why they didnt give more continues. I played all the way to the final boss i dont even know if i could save...i know i did it in one sitting and it took forever only to lose all 3 of my lives i had kept in tact the whole game at the final boss...and this game took me back to the beginning. took the game out and never played it again

Every fight in this game had me :to: status. This game and all those Spiderman/Xmen games that were on the SNES

True, most games made in the last 10 years are very beatable as long as you don't get bored/tired of them (or play on the hardest difficulty). Games back in the snes/genesis days didn't have saves (you were lucky to get a level code for some games) and almost never had an adjustable difficulty, so a couple mistakes and it was :wow: .

Now days if you failed to beat a game then it's just because you didn't give enough of damn to do it.
