Neo Geo = The most obvious and quintessential answer. It was the only console that had a price range that was essentially way beyond what consoles cost a were worth at the time of its release and never really decreased in price till it was totally past it's generation. All other consoles were readily affordable for the price and timeframes that they dropped, so of you wanted one and didn't buy one, then that was on your broke ass, as why else would one simply not buy what they want.

So Neo Geo [\thread].
The super Sony/Nintendo playstation64 that never came to be.:wtb:
That shyt woulda owned the game. :whew:

:what::dwillhuh:

Further evidence in the case of your suspect gaming taste. :scusthov:
:childplease: I used to play damn near everything

Neo Geo had some great fighters and the Metal Slug games. I am not really a big fan of either and I just used to play the metal slug games at a pizza shop out in Jersey :manny:

They see me trolling, they hating.....
Jaguar and 3D0

but looking back I'm glad I never copped, woulda been assed out like Dreamcast owners

:sadbron:

As a PSX owner the only thing that made me jealous of the competition at the time was Mario 64 and those Wrestling games that had during that era.

Now that I have access to emulators I've been checking out alot of the N64 exclusives I missed out on, while they are dope I still feel like I made the right choice of copping a PS1 over it. Nintendo had nothing else to offer besides Mario, Zelda and a few good wrestling games

:yeshrug:

Never wanted a gamecube but I was jealous of Resident Evil remake and RE4

RE4 eventually got a PS2 port so :eat: but RE remake never did, So when I copped a Wii that was one of the first games I checked out, dope shyt

N64 had a bunch of dope games, son, but like all games from that generation if you playing them on an emulator it aint the same experience. which emulator you got anyway, the n64 emulator i got only works on some games.

i never had a game cube or an xbox but my cousins did so its all good.

man, that dreamcast launch was something else. 9.9.99

still the best launch lineup in history IMO.

:whoo:
Soul Calibur, Sonic Adventure, House of the Dead 2, Marvel vs Capcom, AND NFL 2K.

Too bad the console failed.

Project 64, never had any issues playing any game I wanted to play on it neither

wanna check out those N64 Zelda joints but cats were basically saying that if u played one Zelda u basically played them all and that the joint I already played "Twilight Princess" is similar to OOT

Yeah, I knew I was unable to get a Neo Geo. The only reason I copped a Game Gear was because I wanted the TV tuner to go with it. I bought off a guy from school and I swear that shyt worked for like 3 weeks then it went out. I remember the TV tuner being expensive also. But yeah, those Neo Geo's were too damn expensive.
