This series can't continue this fast pace. I know they want to get to the "main conflict". But they need to slow down. We aren't getting the character depth of the OG show, because they're rushing through story.

I think people should know that Fire and Blood is not a novel as much as it is an encyclopedia. It's literally Grrm just rattling off Targ history. That's why this HOD is a cheat code for nikkas that just want a GOT fix.

Man Corlys weak af.

All this shyt goin down in his house and he just standing there... saying nothing. His own wife tried to talk some sense in him but he's fixated on the NAME when it's already been settled that the rulers will go by TARGARYEN. So not only are his grandsons not of his bloodline, they're gonna rock the Targaryen name on the throne.

Corlys is the biggest disappointment to me on this show by far.

Only one would. The younger son would have been his namesake and could have carried the name on. His granddaughters are Targaryens and his name would be lost if he named them heir. Which is funny because he all but admitted that his wife was right that he didn’t care about her justice at all when he’s effectively doing the same thing to his granddaughters that the council did to her.
