Heard they got Samuel Jackson for the part of Laenor in the next ep
EXACTLY....
THEY COULD HAVE WRITTEN
THAT MUCH BETTER...
AT LEAST SHOWN US HOW
MUCH HE ACTUALLY HATED
HIS FAMILY BEFORE HAND....
BUT NOPE THIS SHOW
JUST GOES FROM 0 TO 100
EVERY WEEK NOW.
and they had no turmoil in any of the few scenes they showed of those charactersthat shyt was too random. yea Larys seems like a weirdo, but they introduced who is family is and then he ends up killing his family 5 minutes later. no indication that he had beef with his family, i dont think they even had a scene with him and his father or brother
Man that Chicago dude cry’s a lot all through this thread damn nikka

I think the pacing has been an issue, but I've been assuming things will slow down now that they've set the stage. We'll see how it goes from here.Apparently pacing issues are only a problem if it's from a D&D production.
Interesting....
nikka shut up Lmao
YOU SCARED TO TAG ME?

MY POST ABOUT THE PACING
HURT YOUR FEELINGS?
There's one more time-jump coming in episode 8 (I'm assuming it's the Targ/Strong, Targ/Hightower and Targ/Brehlaryon children we saw all getting their final actors) and then that's gonna be the locked-in cast they ride for 3-4 seasons or however long they go.I think the pacing has been an issue, but I've been assuming things will slow down now that they've set the stage. We'll see how it goes from here.
Same shyt I said about Lynoel StrongHe's actually the coolest character. Just a chill dude.
So he's gonna die
Aight, I gotta watch the episode again, that whole intro was great
It's actually the opposite. The books mentions some events and characters in one line. They've actually beefed it up and added more shyt here. People complaining about pacing don't realize how fast the book(s) fly in this era.why are they trying to cram so much into this season it has so many ridiculous time jumps ?
i haven't read the books so I will assume they are leaving out a ton of shyt. thats what it feels like at least
I don't mind having to infer things from time to time, but I wonder if they will slow down for season 2.I think the pacing has been an issue, but I've been assuming things will slow down now that they've set the stage. We'll see how it goes from here.
