Yall actually think he is going to finish the books? 
ADWD released 6 years after AFFC when it was supposed to drop the next year. With his current writing style, which fills every chapter with 3/4ths descriptions and 1/4th plot (and that's being generous) there is no way in hell he can tie everything together in 2 more books. IMO it would take at least a good 10 more years for him to wrap this series up and as bad as it sounds I don't think he has that much time left in him.
GRRM realizes where the money and the fame is and he is going for it.
