Nah, the OP just took the article at face value. That bullshyt examiner.com website flat out told a lie in their first sentence:

Like i said, she still races on her high school team so clearly it means something to her. Would i take the money? Yes. But i cant fault someone who clearly wants to experience something else in her life. Andruw Luck could have been the #1 pick a year ago but he went back to school, same thing with Matt Leinart. Some people just arent about taking the money and running.
