if gabby is smart shed cash the hell out of every endorsement she can get, because years past she would have to compete with say another chick and that chick would be this year missy franklin, but missy franklin doesn't do endorsements because she still wants to race collegiate, and even accepting a penny ncaa wont allow her
Swimmers can race into their 30s so she could easily have 3 more Olympics in her. She can go to school for free, have a good time in her teens, and still get that endorsement money later in life.

She said she likes being part of a team which is why she still competes in high school too when she clearly doesnt have to. If someone wants to experience college life i cant fault them. She can still get that endorsement money later but she cant be on a college team later and have those experiences.

A nikka at my high school was a top cross country/long distnce runner in the state had all types of scholarships got into an accident that fukked him up and lost it all. I really dont see what would even be in it for her to face college competition, if she's beating the biggest/best competition on the biggest stage wtf is the NCAA going to do for her.
