Damn, I just binged watched both seasons over the weekend. I’m so late to this show. I didn’t watch it initially because I thought this was going to be on some Empire shyt. How wrong was I. I missed the wave.

Damn, I feel like I’m late to a cookout. I only got into The Wire from Season 3. I’m glad this show is coming back for a third season. I went through all the Atlanta TheColi threads. It was good to read everyone’s perspective on each episode.

I finally finished both seasons for Atlanta and the threads you guys contributed to.
To everyone who has contributed from start to finish. I’m a bit pissed off that I wasn’t on this wave when you guys were watching it live, I feel my insight to each episode is pointless now. But you all broke everything down.
I enjoyed more episodes of season 1 than season 2 but I prefer the latter as an overall season, as it tied up everything together.
I’ve really got to step my writing up. It’s inspiring to see black people behind a black voice and delivering such quality.
Can’t wait for season 3.

He played himself, but he was still acting. Nobody died on set that day. It was a fictional show. Benny was played by an actor (Derrick Haywood), Teddy was played by Teddy Perkins.
