There were some :wow:moments in this episode. The teacher putting them up on the school game was some :ohhh:shyt. Even Van who was a teacher wasn't hip to it.

Lakeith Stanfield is about to be good in Lagos for life.:obama:

The way Earn blew past the kids who had his old job at the airport was:wow::wow::wow:

Clark moves with the cold efficiency of a Terminator. That big head 'YooHoo' shyt is a smooth front :whoo:

That minute of dialogue on the plane resolved so much of the tension from the season. Earn has to step his game up now though.

Tracy The Finesse God left out in the cold at the end.:mjlol:

The glow up next Season is about to be :blessed:

My favourite episodes - a tie between Teddy Perkins and The Barbershop. Fukking Bibby :lolbron:

What do yall consider the best episode of Season 2?

For me it's Teddy Perkins hands down

11). Champagne Papi
10). Barbershop
9). Money Bag Shawty
8). Sportin Waves
7).Helen
6). Alligator Man
5). Woods
4). North Of The Border
3). Crabs In A Barrel
2). Teddy Perkins
1). FUBU

It was REALLY hard to whittle down the top 3 because i fukking loved damn near every episode of this season. I almost put Alligator Man in the top 3 as i felt it was the absolute PERFECT season opener after such a long hiatus. Kat Williams was perfect, Darius was perfect, Donald wrote the hell out of it. But i couldn’t in good conscience leave Crabs In A Barrel out of the top 3 after that fantastic ending.

I started this post thinking that Teddy Perkins was going to be number 1. It was exquisitely acted, phenomenally written, and expertly shot. A perfect horror mini movie. No flaws.

But FUBU captured something about the black middle school experience that is unmatched in anything i’ve ever seen. With Teddy Perkins you have Get Out as a reference. FUBU is wholly unique in concept and execution. I really felt like I was back at school, petrified that the kids would roast me for rocking Pro Wings when everyone else had Jordans. Mad at my mom for forcing me to wear suits. Crushing on girls who were 100% out of my league.

FUBU is the best episode of Atlanta since BAN. It is a triumph of black expression. An unearthed time capsule that transports us back into a period of our lives where we didn’t quite know who we were, so we tore down those around us in an ultimately selfish quest of self-discovery. To be black in America is to be prey. And in our youthful ignorance we gleefully made one another feel that same sense of ostracism that the world would soon make us face as a reality of, not which designer tag is on our backs, but the color of our very skin

The manager took the fall for him. The gun was in Clark's bag. see below

What's funny is that Clark is such a shady dude he wasn't even like "Da fukk? Who's golden gun is this?" :dahell: He was just like, "Listen white boy, you better take this fall for me."

Yeah, they make it sound/look like Clark threw it into his managers bag on some "hey luke, come here, ain't this yo bag bro:mjpls: yoohoo!!"

What Al was saying with that speech is what a lot of rappers have but we don't see it at face level. Earn will always have his best interest even though he continues to fukk up

How many rappers who are arrested for guns and drugs get off? Because they homie take the fall.

Watch next season we'll see the cac manager was let go by the police, Earn and Clark know they cannot avoid this if it was them, that's why even clark said fukk his manager

The Nigerian shyt is funny too because many do fail but their families refuse for them to fail, they are afford opportunity while being expected not to fail

I think the Jewish boy ( who was blatantly being too honest) was suppose to be symbolize how some modern cacs are changing and understanding what people call today "white privilege"

The teacher honestly only being provided if she sees hope in the child while knowing the others will fail due to their surrounding. Nothing to both of them that the number one thing black kids need is a 2 parent household. Seeing Earn and Van compliment one another while Van decides she going back to her mom because she cannot afford to wait for Earn to be the father he needs to be
