I was kind a underwhelmed by Teddy Perkins episode. I get it's a take on MJ, but 90% of the episode had nothing going on. All of a sudden he wanted to kill his brother?

Champagne Papi episode kinda sucked too bc nothing happened there either, Van is just walking around for half the episode

Im glad they gave Bryan Tyree Henry his own episode to flex his skills though. He better get nominated

Teddy Perkins ep was great...the awkward dark comedy.

Feeling JB Smoove, getting boo'd in ATL...I don't do comedy for ya ll negros lol

This is the thing with Donald glover he doesn't really appeal to the (black audience) he is from the ATL(stone mountain) basically 70% black area but his audience always been that hipster type crowd same with chance the rapper he from chicago but the other side of 79th street. Crazy how childish bambino kinda introduced chance to that hipster crowd. With all that being said ATLANTA is showing both sides of the city and how the music industry is and exposing this post social media era reasons why ppl looking for entertainment n shock value but missing the hidden messages because ppl are either brainwashed or in denial that's why ppl are shyting on the last few episodes he went into another direction in his writing &cinematic. Alot of ppl love the first episode of this season because of how unpredictable it was I liked it for comic relief but it wasn't deep as the next episode leading up to the season finale which will go back to how the season first started:yeshrug: I think its the best show on tv tbh

SMH
not liking a show or being disappointed doesn't mean people are brainwashed, stupid, or too slow to detect the "hidden" meaning.

The scene with the chic hit home for me. Cause when it comes to ho's i'm exactly like paperboy. Just fukk em a few times and move on. Never let em get too close to me. But then there always comes along one that's just genuinely dope as fukk to be around. Good sense of humor and easy going. No matter how cool you try to play it, you cant ignore that you like hanging out with that bytch. Next thing you know you catching feelings:mjcry:......but no matter what I always end up getting rid of em eventually. Just like paperboy did. But that scene in the car. Where you could see dude smiling and laughing, even though he was trying to hide it. Its something we haven't seen from him the whole series. I thought that was dope and just a real ass scene. Chic was actually able to break into paperbois shell for a minute.
Yeah bro... I think It also touches on the dualities of those types of relationships. In a way she was cool...dropped some gems ..but to be honest she was definitely annoying with her clout chasing and her delivery. She rubbed me as one of those people that say true shyt sometimes but are annoying and extra other times.

I think yal giving Earn shyt for how he's handled Paper Boi, and ignoring the fact that Paper Boi hasn't taking Earn serious as a manager from the jump.

And with them being family, and Al's demeanor towards Earn, I'd imagine Paper Boi is the easiest artist to manage. He's anti-fame, he shuns away from opportunities that will get him and his team paid for the sake of being "real". That's been a consistent thing with him.

Who knows what the documents that Earn hit him up about in this latest episode are for... could be another thing that is a good look for him, but he's just doesn't respect it because it's coming from Earn. Earn's a mild mannered guy and seems in over his head, but I can't just say he's been a trash manager for Al, when Al hasn't been committed to his career from what we've seen thus far...

Bingo I was saying this to my girl who I got yo love the show without her even seeing the first season . Earn isn't perfect but paper boi generally worries about being real as opposed to making real money. L
