I disagree. The only weak Van episode is “Champagne Papi”, her episodes (especially her season 1 eps) are among the series best. And I barely like Van at this point lol.

Her episode in season 1 was . cool little side story

I was kind a underwhelmed by Teddy Perkins episode. I get it's a take on MJ, but 90% of the episode had nothing going on. All of a sudden he wanted to kill his brother?

Champagne Papi episode kinda sucked too bc nothing happened there either, Van is just walking around for half the episode

Im glad they gave Bryan Tyree Henry his own episode to flex his skills though. He better get nominated

I've enjoyed a majority of the episodes But it feels like they all over the place this season... I hope it ends well. Enjoyed some of new characters (Terry, Bibby Clark County, Alligator Man) but it don't feel like the storyline has been moved forward much since season 1. I think the only reoccurring theme I've seen is that Earn sucks as a Manager and Paperboi needs to replace him asap.

With all that being said still enjoying the show. Just kinda wish they'd all get back together. Kinda tired of the single character focused episodes the past 4 weeks

fair enough but not a whole lot was really going on. they should have showed him finding more stuff in the house and more reveals leading up to that final confrontation

In short I find it overhyped - this past episode "Woods" is the season highlight so far. maybe I'll go back through the thread and see what the experts have to say on it

Thats the problem with anthologies breh, you cant create a coherent plot and that can be frustrating over time for viewers. That was the issue with the twilight zone l, overtime quality dropped and u dont have much to fall back on.

This week is North Of The Border. The gang is all back together including Clark County and Traci.

Next week is FUBU. A full flashback episode that shows the lives of Young Earn and Young Alfred going through a day at school. Alfred’s mother makes another appearance.

The season finale is Crabs In A Barrel. Clark County, his manager Lucas, and Traci all feature.

yup. and its like they are trying to out-dumb one another except Van STILL hasn't recovered from that weed shyt last year where she dry snitched on herself at work and failed a piss test that they werent even gonna test. She "robbed" her own damn self out of a job/career teaching kids because her one of her same lame as girls made her puff trees. At least Earn is salvageable even if this Paper Boi ish doesn't work out (he can find other clients)

Who will take him on as manager if he can't even get shyt right for Paper Boi ? The only reason he had a shot was bc they were related

Earn is always on the smart dumb tip, always blathering about doing things on his own terms. That's cool and all but are you going to fail at everything forever? Thats life though, somebody's gotta dream big

Van needs to find something else to do if she doesn't want to be known as Lottie's mom and Earn's girl . ATL is popping she could be working at Home Depot corporate or something
