This article from IndieWire confirms that Donald played Teddy Perkins and also confirms that Benny was really the brother

It turns out the “Atlanta” creator’s appearance did the same for the actors on set of the Hiro Murai-directed episode. Good episode whole time I was thinkin Darius trippin my ass wlda left asap seein this creepy cac weirdo n shyt fukk dat piano but Darius is just so pure dude real chill. Noticed the mj comparison thing early on was laughing when he brought up the fathers he was inspired by to make his room. Damn near was screaming at Darius to try to fukk teddy up when he had him at gunpoint fukk that handcuff my self shyt if imma die u gone wrk for it. benny killing himself should not have been as funny as it was smh.
