Two different animals. LA is and always will be, one city... Brooklyn has always looked at itself as a separate city, which it was until the turn of the century. That's why the dynamic is so complex. Brooklyn nikkas will ride hard for the borough, so that's why when you started having professional Brooklyn gear drop, the dynamic got interesting. Heck, there was talk of having a parade for the Brooklyn Cyclones if they won the Penn League championship back in 2001.
