I kinda understand the OP, just because I did the same thing..but I, too, am man enough to admit it.
When I was in elementary school comin up, seeing T-Mac/VC/Damon Stoudamire/Marcus Camby on the court for the Raptors basketball was probably my favorite spot. By the time they got into the 2002-Rafael Araujo years I couldn't even watch basketball anymore besides LeBron.
The past two years once LBJ went to Miami, NBA has climbed right back up toward the top of my favorite sports.

I've been a Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins since about '92.

Dolphins have been horrible most of the time since but I'll hang on until they right the ship. I have faith they'll return t their glory days at some point.

The Heat has had success here and there but we've had our down years too but it's still a young franchise and ownership have shown they they are willing to make moves even take big risks when it's needed.

As far as people jumping ship goes I'm not gonna judge. I just know my loyalty limits and take pride that its higher than some.

The greatest thing to happen to the Knicks since Ewing are the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets coming to town is a major reason why we got serious, hired Wash and brought in Melo and Stat. Without the Nets on the radar Zeke would still be here fukking up the squad.

They had a basketball monopoly, unlike in football (Jets and Giants), baseball(Mets and Yankees) and hockey(Rangers and Islanders). They took Knick fans for granted and gave a us a sh1tty product cause we would have the Garden packed every home game regardless. Not anymore.
