He been making this type of shyt for years. :skip:

I'm not seeing the resemblance in sounds...this is actually his sound, not whatever most of this new CD is. Maybe im trippin but i dont think I am. A lot of my nikkas not really feeling this either. :hubie:

Some of y’all nikkas ain’t never listen to “Deeper Than The Ocean” and it shows.

My nikka Future ain’t new to this - he true to this. :wow:

The fact that you can't tell the difference in quality between Deeper Than The Ocean and this shyt just tells me your ears are broken.

You can tell y'all nikkas hopped on the bandwagon around Beast Mode and all that. This is straight trash. Give me that Dirty Sprite Future back
He's always changing it up with every release nowadays. The Wizrd is better than everything before monster btw.

Future been on his R & B wave since day 1...this song was on Astronaut Status, all the way back in 2012 :usure:

#FutureHive

Two things. The whole wave is different between this and his shyt on this new shyt and like say HNDRXX. It’s like I’m in the twilight zone. Two, even though Future been on this singing wave, his biggest songs that got him poppin were always his turn up shyt. That’s indisputable imo. Let’s pull it back even further, auto tune emo Future is way more poppin than whatever he doing on this CD.

You're moving goal posts.

I present a song from Future's BIGGEST mixtape before blowing up....yes, Astronaut Status, where he has a song where he's singing about spoiling a chick & your retort is that it doesnt sound like his 2019 content?

Lol of course he wouldn't have the same exact sound...he's much richer & much more experienced with his sound. A song he recorded in 2011 shouldnt sound like an imitation of a 2019 track, however it proves that he has been going for this sound.

More examples:

Those are all tracks recorded 2011 - 2013. Hell, Straight Up couldve been on Save Me right after "please tell me"....what's different in what he's talking about? He's literally touching on the same thing he did 7 years earlier when you compare the lyrics between the 2 songs.

For this same artist to drop a project like Save Me in 2019 (after releasing HNDRXX & The Wizrd) should not be a shock to anyone who says they are a fan of his :hubie:

I’m in the barber shop but I just wanted to clarify thefirst thing you said. Not moving goal posts, I said the track you posted was fundamentally different than what’s on this album. He’s always been singing but it had a more trap/hip hop vibe to it. This isn’t the same. Again, these songs you’re posting is classic Fewch. I’m enough of a fan to know the difference between that and THIS. It’s not just lyrics or song content. It’s how he’s delivering it with and all the other particulars. I’ll address the rest later.

Future hasn't really changed.

He has always been an R&B cat on the low. That is one aspect about his style. He does it quite well. Better than most.

Some of his die-hard/day one fans hate that sh*t though. :russ:

They don't like the Future Vandross style.

This album was cool. Someone mentioned something about the mix, and yeah it doesn't sound great. The Wizrd album mix didn't sound great either.
