Come on man. Rocky was gon blow regardless I was there in real time.
I was there since Long Live A$AP - Rocky was getting a lot of hype on the independent scene but wasn’t making noise in the mainstream like that until fukking Problems. And if we’re honest, he hasn’t had a song that’s been anywhere as big except Praise The Lord which came like 7 years later.

If we’re taking about Kendrick or The Weeknd then I would agree they would’ve gone up at some point without Drake’s help, with Kendrick having Aftermath/Interscope backing and The Weeknd leaning heavily into Pop after his first studio album flopped. I’m not a Drake Stan by any stretch of the imagination and am definitely a bigger fan of these two but objectively speaking, Drake accelerated the mainstream look for Dot and Abel by putting them on Take Care. In Kendrick’s case, he also took him on the Club Paradise tour (alongside Rocky - his fukking Problems feature which was produced by 40 and also featured Drake and 2 Chainz, who was scorching at the time also helped) and in The Weeknd’s case, he garnered him some attention by writing by about him on the OVO blog they had at the time as well as featuring on his Thursday mixtape. Both were only known in their region or by Hip Hop blog enthusiasts and Take Care was really their first steps into mainstream consciousness but Kendrick and Abel would’ve done what they done without Drake’s help for sure, even if it took a little longer.

What's weak is them all ganging up to do it. If the target was anybody but Drake y'all would be calling this shyt for what it is, lame asf. And I couldn't imagine the reaction if Drake had a target and got people to feature on his project to diss said target. Y'all would be in an uproar. But y'all look past sucka ass shyt when it's convenient.
Keep that same energy for Megan Thee Stallion and Kid Cudi.
