His core club fanbase has checked out. This is a case of you can't let some numbers blind you from real world impact. Especially since the real world is was his main base. Them memes and Future Hive cute on social media, but he aint a factor in the clubs or "streets" no more.
Ehh... this album did close to the first week numbers to what DS2 did.
I was out last weekend and I heard a couple songs from this album... They even played what's up with that from the superfly album.
I don't go to the clubs often so I can't speak to that.
But I don't see how his popularity has faded when he is still doing the same numbers & huge tours.
He's never had huge solo hits besides mask off anyway so it's hard to gauge.
He doesn't need a massive hit to sale like say the Migos.
But I really like this album and the numbers are irrelevant if we being real. Imo.
