You act like Marvel wasn't gonna tell him what to do anyways. I doubt Marvel will ever get a big name director because of the restrictions they place on them. Marvel's no name director formula is working for them so far so I don't know why they should change it

well i mean i thought with ol dude gettin his spot taken that they would give the directors a lil more lee way nowadays.....i wanted a black director no matter what and the list is gettin tiny so unless they just pick up a black bum off the street its looking like its gonna be cac directed which is a no go for me

Breh there are other up and coming black directors they can get which is probably what will happen. They aren't going to give them more leeway because they're a producer driven studio and that's fine. But you have to be able to play within the system and not everyone wants to. I'd be surprised if it's not the guy who directed dope or dear white people

Nah, let them live. I like the fact that a multiracial cast that includes women is an action movie blockbuster. The shyt is good all around. I don't watch the movies anymore but I don't feel that they need to stop existing. Its easy to just NOT go see it.
