Buddens may not be "relevant" but he's basically out here bullying Drake and that's not going to go unnoticed. Joe is actually a friendly opponent doing this for the sport of it. If this continues more malicious entities will enter the fray. Drake isn't on that level where he can ignore anyone saying anything forever. If Buddens was dropping Meek level disses this wouldn't be an issue but Joe is whipping his ass. Someone relevant is going to pour salt in those little cuts Buddens has opened up.

Except that no one he mentioned did Drake numbers. We can sit here and attack people who have had people write for them (Dre, Cube, Snoop, etc) but ultimately it doesn't diminish anything, since legends have been spitting bars written for them. He was doing good till he mentioned Drake, the guy is what every rapper/DJ wants to be financially, and that's all that should matter. Though Flex should be the last one talking about integrity when he dry snitched on Envy.

He didn't really diss him, he said Drake is in a different lane than a real rapper. Said it's like Rakim and Diddy.
Said it's cool for people "like him" to use writers but he never should've lied about it. Said he went at him so hard last year because Drake was one of his favorite rappers and he lied to his fans.

Flex stupid ass is the one who A dropped the ball on this entire Drake exposal in 2015 by pumpfaking the reference tracks and B, making this a personal issue when he doesn't know Drake from a hole in the wall. He had no problem kissing Diddy's ass and doesn't personally care about Drake he isn't some hip hop crusader, he's doing it for relevance and to be a shock DJ. I don't like the fake hate for attention. Joe is at least creating art to get at Drake what is this fat commentator doing?
Breh, you of all people know I'm a big Drake fan but facts are facts. Number one, Buddens is not as irrelevant as some would have you think. When people realize "Pump It Up Guy" and "dude who fukked Tahiry" is the one dropping these bombs on Drake more than a few fans will take notice. But the more dangerous thing is that the industry has been tuned in from day one. Joe is unloading on Drake with more to come. And I actually believe dude when he says he's a fan. But most of Drake's peers, those on his level or close to it, are not and all it takes is just one of them to piggyback on Budden's and it will be a real tough situation for Drake. He's still lucky enough to be in the position to send a few slick shots or subs and most would be satisfied. But he can't ignore these disses. They're too potent. He has to show he's at least willing to face Joe.

Lets be real most hip hoppers in the industry don't like drake but drake used his power and influence to strong arm their obedience. Promised a lot of nikkas future paper and opportunities that never happened. Its an inside secret in the industry and Joe Budden spoke on it in his diss. Anyways as long as Drake keeps aligning himself with the top nikkas in the game and keeps them fed ( metro, future, khaled, ect) hell be fine.
I think in the coming weeks tho second tear rappers will start lashing out on drake more and more and Drake will probably do a tape with Kanye and Jay to quell that.
