Stop being a stupid stan.

The inability to do something in the future is not enough to prove that you did not do something similar in the past. Circumstances change. It's a factual question.

Also, Jay said "Make another HOV" he did not say make another rapper.

You can't make another HOV; the same way you can't have the same kid twice. I don't care about the rest of this drama. That answer was illogical and stupid.

Exactly....does the fact that Jay can't make another classic remove the classics he already made? No, it just means Hov can't make another classic album.

The same way I just made this Freschetta brick oven pizza. It was already what it is without me...but it wasn't ready to be eaten until I put it in the oven. Jay-z and Kanye were just frozen pizzas champ, Dame came and put them nikkas in the oven and got em hot and ready to be served to the masses.

I think people hate the messenger so the message is distorted... but Flex's rant wasn't all :duck: He said a lotta true shyt, the fact that people don't like Flex is why it's gonna be dismissed.

Priority wasn't trash, but Freeze absolutely was. There ain't anything else that came off of Freeze.

Payday Records was another label they put shyt out on in '95, but that deal wasn't beneficial to them because they were still practically independent while on the label.

The Mic Geronimo shyt... ay :manny: Mic was a dope MC on a terrible label, it's true. Why would Mic get upset about that, he knows Blunt Records and TVT Records was trash. He likely woulda done better on another label that was better at pushing his shyt- let Mic have been on Loud or Elektra, or for that matter Roc-a-Fella- his impact woulda been more than it was

The Original Flavor shyt was true... an OK group that put out OK records, definitely weren't moving the world at the time, that was Dame's group.

Dame had just as much to do with Jay's success as Jay did... made him? Nah. He didn't make Jay anymore than Jay could make Bleek. He was support, he made great moves, but then he made detrimental moves as well.

GTFOH. True Dame was important on the business side, but make no mistake Jay is where he's at because he knows how to make songs. Dame got nothing to do with that. Who's still poppin now and who is not?

When is Lyor going to say something? We already heard his pathetic response on the cacfest club but is he ever going to actually address any of the points? It's pathetic how he's allowed to sidestep this.

Flex can be a dyckhead but he's 100% right about the fact that Dame didn't have a problem working with the "culture vulture" when he was making millions!!!

I swear man, one of these days, nikkas gonna learn how to read the same way they learned how to argue...

You said yourself 'true Dame was important on the business side'... OK, then that's it. I didn't say Dame wrote his shyt. He def. put in work on that business side. If every nice ass nikka on the mic could do it alone, a whole buncha nikkas we don't know would be "poppin'". You definitely need both ends covered.

Stop playing dumb. Dash had the Dame Dash Music Group on Def Jam. He had his chance to make another star and didn’t. It’s like a lot of the coli gives Joe Jackson the credit for MJ becoming a star but if it was because of Joe, how come none of his 8 siblings that also made music but Janet did anything? No one bought Jackie Jackson album and no one bought the DDMG albums.

Jay still here because he snaked Dame and Biggs off of Def Jam.

Nobody was on DDMG.

they knew Def Jam wasn't going to treat them right.

Not giving Irv credit for helping the roc

He said that 45 king thing like we didn’t hear that 100 times about HKL

Priority may been a shyt label. But RD was a super success. It’s the reason why Roc got a great deal with Def Jam.

Def Jam was not in a great space prior to Jay X & Ja

He did not get his point across at all to someone who know rocafella history.

Nutty Professor soundtrack (Def Jam) and one of their top artists (Foxy) did a whole lot to push Ain’t no nikka.
